Check out our new messaging UX! It’s easier to use and faster than before. We have designed it to help you get to your messages quickly, so you don’t have to scroll through a long list.

What’s New You Ask?
Instead of the old four tabs—Inbox, Highlights, Offers, and Spam—we now have separate tabs for the different types of messages you get every day. You’ll find tabs for OTPs/Verification Codes, Transactions, Bill Payments, Travel, and Delivery Reminders, all within the Messages menu on our app. Available on Android.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Let’s Get Acquainted With The Tabs

 

All your messages will be here in this tab, just like in your email. We know it can be a bit tricky to find the one you need among so many, but we've got you covered!

 

This tab is where all your unread messages hang out. Feel free to come back and read them whenever you’re ready.

 

You’ll be able to see all the transaction messages from your bank. Plus, inside each message, you can choose to view just the transactions or see all the messages from that sender.

 

You’ll find all your OTPs in this tab, even if you accidentally swiped away the notification. No worries—your OTP will be right here waiting for you.

 

You can see which bills are due and which ones are paid, thanks to the status next to each one. This makes it super easy to keep track and get ready for your next payment.

 

You’ll get real-time updates on when your order is placed, picked up, and delivered, so you can sit back and relax while Truecaller keeps you in the loop.

 

For your travels, you’ll receive updates on your trip, gate info, ticket confirmations, and reminders as your travel date gets closer. We’ll help keep those travel jitters away!

 

You’ll stay in the loop with your favorite stores' latest trends and discounts. No Fomo, only know know!! 

 

Finally, the star of the show, this tab takes care of all the heavy lifting by keeping spam messages out of your way! Occasionally, a sneaky spam message might slip into your inbox, but no worries—you can easily block those annoying messages and send them home to the spam tab where they belong.

Note: Truecaller has to be set as your default messaging app to access these tabs.
