True caller Family safety Guardian app not working

As the title suggests, I am unable to add/invite  a particular guardian number  I'm not a premium user.

 

The number appears in contacts, but when I try to add/invite  them their number does not appear at all in guardian. our Country code India +91 My number 9216322015

The app is not since 3-5days.  I am worry.  please do needful. I reinstall app in my phone and also guardian number by inviting but my location shows in my phone but guardian location not shown and invite guardian not shown in manage guardian.

Yes, I am also facing this issue from past 3-4 days. I am unable to view the guardian location. 
 

Hope someone suggest me what to do.

Every setting is turned on in both phone

Same thing is happening in my truecaller guardian app i have mailed in the support team of guardian live location not able to log out and log in again the message is poping out while logging out as something went wrong please please solve it

My location current shows but my guardian location shows for year back and I also not paid for family plan premium. 

 

Only monthly premium paid. Earlier tell by Truecaller that for guardian app that it is forever lifetime free 

 

Please resolve problem
