can't get premium

hi i was trying to get truecaller premium but when i tried to pay it said it was unavailable fo my country or i was using a vpn, which i am not using. me and my wife we are both from ecuador and she does have the option to buy the premium. I already check the google play store location and both accounts are in the same country of ecuador.
