It won't let me activate my assistant!  When it gets to carrier page and I select my carrier it then says sorry something went wrong and won't let me go any further.  It's the whole reason I paid for the app .. can anyone help me

Hey, make sure your app is updated to the latest version and try restarting your phone. You can also check out this article to manually activate the Assistant: https://support.truecaller.com/support/solutions/articles/81000412916-assistant-activation-in-canada

Hey, could you DM me your number and the carrier you’re using? Also, if you could share the error message you're seeing when setting up the assistant, that’ll really help us figure out the issue and fix it!

I had a similar issue where my virtual assistant would not activate. I had to contact support about this because for some reason even though I was a subscriber I don't think it was actually showing on their end that I was a premium subscriber. They changed some stuff on there and and then it started working again.
