I can't add family members even though I purchased a premium family subscription

My Truecaller phone number was previously faulty and I had a support request from Truecaller. After many attempts to fix the error in different ways, my Truecaller phone number was reactivated with the Premium Family package that I had previously purchased.

 

However, after successfully reactivating the Premium Family package, I could not add members to the family group (a benefit of the Premium Family package), now I am using the Premium Family package as a basic Premium package (only me).

 

Although I sent a support request to Truecaller (#3882974), it seems that the support person cannot resolve it for me???
