Hey Mukul, Truecaller allows users to leave comments when blocking numbers they find unwanted. We can't remove comments unless they're offensive or derogatory.

While commenting, you can always choose the option as "Anonymous". This ensures that your profile details will remain confidential and the user will not be able to view your profile details.
