CHANGE OF NAME/VERIFIED NAME

Hello,

 

I am trying to change my name, but it does not change, and there is a name in brackets, that refuses to go!

 

My name was once verified, but now the blue tick is no longer there, and can be edited!

 

Please help!

 

I have tried changing all these, invain!

Hey KG! We've recently updated the verification process for Premium users. Currently, it’s only available in India, but we're working on expanding it to other regions soon!
