Contact Texts Sent to Spam List

Android phone, contact is a government agency marked as favorite. 

 

I have a contact which has apparently been marked as spam in the community and so their messages get filtered into my spam list. Is there a method by which I can remove an individual contact from my own spam filter locally even though they remain marked as such globally? 

 

I just want to make sure these important texts come to my main list so I don't miss them.

Hello, You can check the contact's profile and mark it as non-spam. That way, their messages will come to your inbox, and it helps the community too!
