No option for voicemail?

I'm using the premium service and there is no option for voicemail. Why is this? Is there another call blocking service that supports voicemail?

Hey Kevin! Voicemail isn’t currently available in Truecaller on Android, even with a Premium subscription. For voicemail, you might want to check with your phone carrier, as many offer this service.

How do I get unanswered calls to go to voicemail? Right now, the assistant hangs up on all unanswered calls.
