Hello,

 

I'm a premium gold member.

 

I'm using Android Version 14 (Samsung Galaxy A55)

 

I raised a ticket (#4160118) and yet no answer..!!

 

I have 2 features not working on my Truecaller!

1- I want to make my profile private.. and I can't because when I go to settings then Privacy settings, I don't see this option:  "Who can see my Truecaller profile?"

this option is not available on my app!!!!!

2- when I request to ask for contact details I get a message: "Your request Failed to send. please try later"

 

and I have been trying since forever... it's never working!!!!!!! EVER.!!!!!!!

 

I tried uninstalling and re-installing truecaller from Google Play many times and it's still the same.... the 2 features are not working!!!

one of them showing that in privacy settings I don't see the option mentioned in your support pages where it supposed to enable me to make my profile private. it's not there AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!

I need to understand what is going on here!!!

 

if the 2 options are not working , then I need a refund...

period!
