Unable to Save Carrier

Hi everyone,

I subscribed to the Premium membership for the assistant. However, I am unable to activate it. I am unable to save the carrier (Videotron).

Hello Elile, Currently, Truecaller’s assistant feature is available with carriers like Bell, Telus, Rogers, Fido, and Koodo. Unfortunately, Videotron isn’t supported yet, but we are working to expand this to more carriers.
