Hello,

 

When a call comes in when truecaller is the default dialer, the phone will ring in the background and will not allow one to answer until you unlock the phone and directly access Truecaller.

 

What could be the issue? I have reset and reinstalled the app several times invain!

Hey, it looks like the issue might be related to your phone settings. Please check that all the permissions for Truecaller are enabled, and in the app info, make sure Full-Screen Mode is turned on.

Hi,

 

I have checked the phone settings countless times and the full screen mode only works with the premium subscription!

 

Issue is still the same...
