Hello Vicky, If someone is changing their own name in Truecaller, you can mark those name suggestions as spam to help the community. Please note that spam numbers cannot be unlisted as it requires verification from the actual owner of the number. To avoid such issues, you can also block those numbers directly in Truecaller.
