Dual sim issues

I own a dual sim phone , sim 1 is a card that stays there sim 2 I am able to use any network my issue is I can't seem to send messages out using the Truecaller app and it doesn't have an option to choose a sim you would like to send the message with has anyone experienced this and how did you fix it?

Hi, it seems the issue may be related to how the app interacts with your dual SIM phone. Truecaller currently doesn't have an option to select the SIM for sending messages directly. By default, it uses the SIM set as the primary for SMS in your phone's settings.
