Hace unos días hice el bloqueo de spam pero por alguna razón desvía todas las llamadas ni el operador puede desactivar el desvío necesito ayuda

Hi Victor! It sounds like call forwarding might be enabled on your phone. To fix this, try these steps.
Go to your phone’s Call Settings > Call Forwarding and make sure it’s turned off.
