How to disable full screen pop for screened calls with the virtual assistant?

So I have a Galaxy s24 Ultra this has been really bugging me lately. When I first started using Truecaller before like any updates or anything like that and I don't know if this has to do with Android OS updates for the Truecaller app specifically.

But before when a call was currently being screened a little rectangle notification what pop up at the top of my screen saying a call is currently being screened. This pop-up had to do with my system settings and not the in app settings per se. Like when you get any sort of notification you can turn on the pop-up notification, badge notification, or just general notification drawer notifications and you can turn on or off these 3 settings in your system settings under notifications for each app.

Anyways if someone was calling me that wasn't in my contact list that was currently blocked and not necessarily a blocked spam number but just phone number that I didn't have my contact list that was currently blocked it would pop up this rectangle notification saying the call is currently being screened at the top of your sceen and after a couple of seconds it would disappear but it would still be in your notification drawer that a call was screened.

Then if the person stated their name and their reason for calling then after a full screen pop up would come up as a normal phone call like someone was calling me and the phone would ring.

Now whenever a call is being screened instead of just popping up that little rectangle notification saying a call is currently being screened a full screen pop-up comes up with my virtual assistant transcribing the message live.

I find this to be super annoying because I'll be using my phone and either playing a videogame, watching a video, or doing something on my phone and this full screen pop up just randomly comes up showing my virtual assistants transcribing the message. Especially with lately a lot of spam calls coming into my phone with my local area code and probably most of them are wants to try to see if it's a actual phone number or like those spooefed numbers.

That's one of the main reasons I loved Truecaller is that it would block out all these phone calls and I know that it's not actually doing a phone call at that point in time but it's basically doing the same thing as if I was getting a phone call because of now it's popping up that full screen on my virtual assistant and transcribing the message live.

How do I get it so I can disable this and go back to the little pop-up notification saying a call is currently being screened.

I had reached out to support and I don't know if they just didn't get what I was trying to say and I even recorded a screenshot of what was happening which I'll add here but they told me I needed to go in and set my phone app to to the stock phone app and then enable Pop-up caller ID to get ride of the full screen which this has nothing to do with what I was explaining.

Is there something that has to do with this as far as like the appear on top feature or something like this? Again I only want a full pop-up screen to show up when someone in my contact list is calling me and it doesn't normal phone call or if someone that's not on my phone book States their name and the reason for calling to come through as a normal phone call.

But when a call is currently being screened before that happens I don't want a full pop-up screen coming up to my virtual assistant and transcribing it live. I basically want this to do it in the background.

Heres a screen capture of what's happening.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

As mentioned earlier I did contact support about this and they told me steps to get the caller ID pop up to show up which is not what I was trying to do. I explained to them again more thoroughly and all I got from a response was that they were going to send this over to the correct department because they want everyone to have a great experience with Truecaller.
