Truecaller getting worse as time goes on!

I would like to hear from others of the nightmares from Truecaller adding to the App. Just like Symantec better known as Norton, an old saying in the Tech business, "Don't Try to Fix What's Not Broken". The very reason why I unsubscribed from Truecaller and won't be back. It used to be the best, now I just get notifications that the caller hung up due to the auto answering service that I can find NO information on the Truecaller Website. Hell of a deal when your Family tries to call and they end up hanging up not wanting to deal with it. I could name more but I'm just tired of it. Truecaller used to be a great App. but now, just an unwanted App. Just like Norton! Hey people's at Truecaller, don't fix what's not broken!

Hi! I understand that you are facing a lot of issues with the app could you please confirm if you are facing issues where other callers are not able to reach you out? If you could provide us with your User ID? You can find it by following these steps:
1. Tap on the three dots.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap on About.
4. Share a screenshot of the About page.

Also please help us with a full screen recording video of the process from start to finish (leading to the issue) 

I'll try to get your issues resolved asap!

      Happy to say that we today have started the rollout of the wear os app to all Truecaller users. We are doing it gradually so if you don't see any changes in your phone app - just be patient it's coming 🎉

      And yes @TSHsoft Samsung watches are supported as long as they are compatible with WearOS 3.0.

      How do Call Alerts Work?

      With the Call Alert feature, you can set your phone to silent if you want to ignore a call or move to a quieter place if you need to answer it. This feature uses Data/Wi-Fi to securely send an alert from the caller's phone to yours as soon as the call is made. Available only on Android.
       

       
      Steps to Enable Call Alerts On Android:
      Head over to the Truecaller app Go to Call Settings Under notifications Toggle on Call alert notifications
       
      For IOS:
      Enable push notifications for Truecaller on your iOS device settings to use Call Alert: 
      Go to Settings > Notifications > Truecaller > Toggle on the Sounds and Badges.
       
      Note: Call alerts only work for calls from Android devices with Truecaller installed. Calls from iOS devices won't trigger a Call alert.
       
      Fun Facts About this Feature
      Call alerts work only when a Truecaller user calls you. As Data/Wi-Fi is faster than a regular cellular network, the notification reaches you first, before an actual call comes through.
