Know When Someone Is Busy Before Calling!!

Whether you are trying to reach friends, family, or colleagues, Truecaller's Availability feature keeps you informed about when your contacts are free to talk or are currently busy. This feature provides instant updates with the help of icons.

 

Understanding the Icons:
Have you noticed specific icons appearing next to your contacts on your call log? Let's break them down to give you an understanding of what each one means:

Available: The green dot means the person is free to receive calls.
Last Seen: The green bubble indicates how many minutes ago the person you're contacting was last active on the app.
On a Call: The red dot means the person is on another call.
Silent: The red bell icon means the person's phone is on silent and they can't answer right now.

 

 

How to Enable Availability:
Head to the app > Settings > Privacy Center > Toggle on Availability.

 

Few Key Points

• Your contact must be a Truecaller user, and the Availability feature needs to be enabled for the other person on the app.
• the Availability feature is not available on iOS. iOS users can view the availability of Android users, but the reverse is not possible.
