Hello,

I think to switch your Carrier Network from Airtel to Jio in Truecaller ID, open the Truecaller app, go to your profile settings, edit your profile or account details, locate the carrier information , and update it to Jio. Save your changes, and your Truecaller ID will reflect the new carrier information.
