Hey, To recover an unrestored Truecaller account, open the app and try to log in with your phone number, if a backup exists on your Google Drive, Truecaller will prompt you to restore your data when you sign in,  simply follow the onscreen instructions to restore your account from the backup, ensure you're logged into the correct Google account used to create the backup.
