Guardian app not working

I am unable to invite my guardian member

 

In app my location shows

I add my member but it no location and name shows in app

 

Icon shows but no current location of guardian shows

 

Please resolve

 

I am not premium paid of family plan

 

Pls advise.  Earlier I share image also
