Sudden Removal of Truecaller Rewards Points

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent removal of the Truecaller Rewards program. A few days ago, I had accumulated around 1500 reward points with the expectation of using them to redeem a premium subscription, as advertised.

However, to my dismay, the rewards option suddenly disappeared from the app after two days. I was unable to utilize my earned points and felt deceived by this abrupt change.

I request a clarification on why the rewards program was discontinued and what happened to the points I had accumulated. I believe it is unfair to revoke a feature that was actively promoted and encouraged users to participate in.

I urge you to address this issue and provide a suitable resolution for the lost reward points.
