Lost my call log and search history, who vewed my profile data, after the update pf the app

Hello True Caller Team

 

I have been using your out standing application since 2014 and from since 2017 I am the premium user of this wonder application. All the things were running smoothy and also i was able to even back by data from my Google drive backup when I had lost my mobile phones earlier in the past few years as well.

 

My major concern is that on 29th April 2024, after the app was updated, I was prompted to enter my mobile number and log in details on the app and I was surprised and without any tensions I looked to retrieve the data from the (cloud backup) which is from the Google Drive backup file. I was not able to retrieve my call log my search history and who viewed my profile. I was able to see my messages which were from  years  ago as well but not the other important things

I have more than 10000 numbers identified and stored in the search history of the app and among which about 10% of them were of my block list (spam and other unwanted numbers). Also my true caller app data completely reset. I often used to get incomplete backup and backup couldn't complete even though I had a very goo internet connection as well.

 

 I am unable to get my backup from the cloud completely. So therefore I need a urgent solution as well for my situation.

I am seeking professional help and guidance here.

If you are unable to restore a Google Drive backup, please try the following:

  1. Verify that you are attempting to restore data from the same phone number and Google account that the backup was created on.
  2. Verify that you are signed in to the correct Google account while restoring your account.
  3. Verify that there is enough space on your phone to restore the backup.
  4. Verify that you have Google Play services installed on your device. Note, that Google Play services are only available on Android 2.3.4 and higher.
  5. Make sure your battery is fully charged or your phone is plugged into a power source.
  6. Make sure your phone is connected to a strong and stable network. If restoring using a Mobile data network does not work, please try Wi-Fi.

1. Tap on the three dots.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap on About.
4. Share a screenshot of the About page.
