Hey, if you have enabled backup and saved it prior, you will be able to restore all deleted call logs and messages. If the backup option is not enabled, you will not be able to restore any of your app details to your mobile device.

When you reinstall Truecaller, you will be asked to restore your backup from Google Drive. Simply follow the instructions to restore your data.
