Truecaller enables spammers not block them

So a couple of spammers are targeting my number by marking as spam and leaving rubbish comments. And vo voila my number is marked with spam tag now. As an annual premium subscription which I have taken is it for blocking spammers or making me a spammer? Support replies after 30 minutes inspite of saying will reply under a minute. As a final resolution I asked them to just delete my data and unlist my number and they flat out refused. What is this nonsense
