Cant send messages on Redmi note 10 pro (chinese)

I have a problem with truecaller app...it wont let me send messages...the simcards selections is greyed out

Hey Ray, Could you please DM me your User ID? You can find it by following these steps:
1. Tap on the three dots.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap on About.
4. Share a screenshot of the About page.

Hey Ray, please check your Truecaller profile settings. If you haven't registered both numbers, you won't see the option to choose SIM cards. If you haven't done this yet, please follow these steps: Click on the profile icon > Complete your profile > Add a second phone number.
