Hey Sondo! 👋🏼🙂 So, the feature is set up to show you missed calls and rejected calls right after each call you make. But here's the deal: you can't really turn off those pop-ups that come up after you miss a call or reject one.

Why is there an option to turn off the after call popup is even there, when you cannot disable it? It completely defeats the purpose. I thought I was the only person facing this issue

Hey Kishore! I understand your concern. The feature is designed so that missed call and rejected call details will always be shown. However, if you have answered a call and have enabled the "Hide for phonebook and non-phonebook contacts" option, then the after-call details will not appear on your screen.

I believe this is a design mistake and should be reconsidered.

It's frustrating to be interrupted by the ACS when you're busy with your phone, whether you're declining a call or have missed it. This can be particularly disruptive during meetings, or gaming.

The ACS pops up regardless of whether the call is answered, declined, or missed.

As a premium member for the past seven years, I've encountered this issue on multiple devices, across different Android versions, and despite numerous reinstalls.

Recently, I upgraded to a family plan and added multiple numbers, all of which are experiencing this issue.

@MayurI hate how sneaky the Truecaller Team is. I bought the Premium subscription, so I don't have to deal with pop-ups.

And how the answers on this forum are too. The users are annoyed by a disruptive feature, but they try to convince us that it's a good thing, rather than understanding our concern.

How they scam us into buying premium so we can get rid of the pop ups but categorize missed calls separately and not mention this anywhere. This is how they treat their paying customers. I just don't want disruptive popups! THATS ALL. (The app also doesn't work without access to contacts and call logs, I somehow swallowed that pill but now I've had it)
