If you've switched devices or reinstalled the app and are encountering difficulties accessing your existing premium subscription, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

 

  • Open the Truecaller App.
  • Navigate to the Premium Tab.
  • Tap on the Hamburger Menu.
  • Choose "Restore Premium."

If the steps don't resolve the issue, drop a post below or reach out to our support team. Provide your Apple Order ID and Premium report for further investigation.

 

To generate a premium report on your device, follow these steps in the app:

 

  • Open Truecaller.
  • Tap on "More."
  • Select "Contact us."
  • Enter your email address and describe the issue.

 

Please ensure you are logged in with the same Apple account on the app as the one used to purchase the subscription.
