Only the yearly plan was offered when I downloaded the app.  It said that there was a free trial, however when I accepted the free trial it charged me for the full year.  I have not paid the full year, because I don't want to pay the full year, but do monthly payments, so now it is just sitting there and I can't get the subscription cancelled, or get it off my phone.  As a result I can't download any apps on my iPhone as there is still a payment pending.  I have contacted support but so far it has not gone away.  Any ideas?????
