Many people receive annoying spam calls on their phones, causing frustration and interruptions in their day-to-day activities, highlighting the need for better ways to stop these unwanted calls.

Introducing Truecaller's new superhero: 'Max'! 

Max is Truecaller's latest AI-powered feature that swoops in to save the day from spam calls, even if they're not in the Truecaller database.
 

How does it work?
If you get a call from an unknown number, it checks whether it's a spam call or a genuine person is calling. If it's a spam call, it automatically blocks the call
 

Here's the thing:

To use the Max feature, you'll need to have Truecaller Premium on an Android phone.

Excited to partner with Max?
Just open your Truecaller app, go to 'Settings', tap 'Block', select 'Max' for protection, and you're good to go! Now you can avoid spam calls like a pro.
 

Rather than activating DND still receives spam calls 😭..What will the solution for that..?

VishUrv for spam calls you can enable options available in the block setting in Truecaller this will make sure that any spam calls you get are blocked right away there are also a few new features added which can block more spam call.

Hello Mayur,

I have Truecaller premium account but I don't get the call recording button available to me to be able to record my calls. I have done everything I could including updating my App, but nothing. What do I do?

Hey Precious!  Can you let me know which country you are from, as the feature is not available in all the regions it's getting rolled out in phases.

هل أنت متحمس للشراكة مع ماكس؟
ما عليك سوى فتح تطبيق Truecaller، والانتقال إلى "الإعدادات"، ثم النقر على "حظر"، وتحديد "الحد الأقصى" للحماية، وستكون جاهزًا للبدء! الآن يمكنك تجنب المكالمات غير المرغوب فيها مثل المحترفين.

Hey Gauri!
 

No worries, we got you covered.

Just follow these simple steps:

1. Open up your Truecaller app and tap on the menu icon (three little lines).
2. Next, find Settings and tap on "Block" from the options.
3. Now, switch on the "Block number not in the phonebook" option.
4. And don't forget to also turn on "Reject automatically" under "How to block contacts."

With these settings in place, any calls or messages from unknown numbers will be automatically blocked.

resolve the issue with your Truecaller ID verification not showing, try updating the app to the latest version or reinstalling it. Additionally, ensure that you have a stable internet connection and the necessary permissions enabled for Truecaller.
