🤙 Calls tab redesign: part 1, calling action

Hi friends! 

 

Thanks for all the feedback you've shared about your calling experience! Quite a few of you mentioned that our UI could be improved, and we took it to heart.

 

We want to share with you the first change that we've just built and begun to test. We heard that miss-clicking in call history is a serious problem, and making accidental phone calls is anxiety inducing .

We've changed the default action from making a phone call to visiting profile and at the same time, we've added a button that will still let you making phone calls directly from call history.

With that said, if you prefer the "old" experience, you can still go to settings and keep that! We value customisation and want to make sure that everyone can tailor-suit their Truecaller to best meet their needs.

This is wise, the new design is good

What we want to see, now every smart phone uses video call ringtone on the phone call ID, I don't feel like using truecaller as my default dial call because it doesn't contain video ringtone. Upgrading to that will help very much

Nice that's good, keep it up and then the incoming call buttons if you may change and brought that are circle for receiving and Denying buttons please. That will make it look better. Thanks.
